Elements Pitted is a single malt whiskey that is suitable for those who like whiskey with a slightly smoky taste. The smoky flavor of the whiskey comes from the barrels in which our New Mike distillate was aged, we brought to Israel barrels from the Isle of Ayala region in Scotland, filled them with our New Mike distillate, and thus produced our own whiskey with a salinity that is typical of the region. The whiskey was aged in the hot climate of Tel Aviv.
