Ohishi 11 Year Mizanura Cask Finish Japanese Whisky

The whisky is matured in brandy casks for 9 years and then finished in the Mizunara Casks for at least 2 full years. The Mizunara gives a soft sandalwood quality to the whisky. A great example of how rice whiskies are easily influenced by their vessels.
