Aged just over a year in American oak barrels, our Añejo has a significant oak presence in balance with the agave fruit, deeper notes of vanilla, nuts and caramel. Unlike competitive añejos which are dominated by oak, our Añejo has a complex balance of oak and agave fruit. The aroma includes gentle notes of the agave that are complemented by oaky tannins, licorice, clove, butterscotch pudding and custard. The sipping experience is silky and rich with flavors of vanilla and butterscotch. Finishes soft and round with a little sweetness and lingering oak.
