This beautiful expression, hand-selected by Taster's Club, is tropically aged for four years in American Oak barrels. As is traditional in Martinique Rhum Agricole, the rum is made from sugarcane juice rather than molasses, giving it a dry grassy flavor profile. Unlike many rums, Martinique Rhum Agricole doesn't practice the addition of sugar or other flavoring agents, allowing you to experience the pure flavor compounds that are organically present in the rum through wood extraction and ester formation.
