This unique expression is a blend of Ron Colón Salvadoreño Dark Aged Rum and a mezcal. The award-winning rum itself is a blend of several rums: a 6-year-old column-still Salvadoran rum from the Licorera Cihuatán distillery, an unaged pot-still Jamaican rum from Worthy Park, Hampden, and Monymusk distilleries, and a 3-year-old Jamaican pot-still rum from the Worthy Park estate. The rum accounts for 66% of the blend, while the rest is a Maguey Espadin Mezcal from the Lopez Real family distillery. Bottled at 99 proof, the Rumzcal combines the authentic aromas and flavors of dark aged rum and mezcal into a single, delicious spirit that's perfect for cocktails and sipping.
