Italy's premier bottler of Single Malt Scotch delivers the goods with this 2011 cask of Caol Ila. Bottled at 7 years old in Scotland this is classi Caol Ila. At the younger age it delivers more smoke than an older version might, but so too does it show huge fruit and malt character.
