Avión Reposado is the result 100% blue weber agave hand-selected and hand-harvested after maturing for at least 5 years. It is then slow roasted for two days in brick ovens to perfect the caramelization and to bring out richer agave flavors. A meticulous double-distillation in small batches assures the purest quality tequila that will finally age in American oak barrels for at least 3 months.
