Monthly Club Orders and Packs:
Orders received in the current month will ship the following month. Shipping occurs between the 5th to the 15th of every month, but weekends and holidays may impact these dates. No orders are processes over the weekend.

Bottle Shop Orders:
Orders are submitted within 24 hours of being received. Holidays and weekends will impact bottle order submissions and processing times as orders are not processed on weekends. We use 3rd party retailers and it can take 1-9 business days to receive tracking information.

Once a shipment is fulfilled and in-transit the recipient's email address will receive a tracking email with a tracking link that will give an estimated arrival time.

All shipments require someone over the age of 21 to be present at the time of delivery. No Exceptions.

• The purchaser of a monthly subscription will receive a confirmation email with a magic link "Manage Subscription" to view their profile. It actually won't require you to log in at all! The magic link expires after 7 days though, so if you wait too long, we’ll need to generate a new one for you. We can easily help you with that, if you just send us a message at info@tastersclub.com.  To avoid us having to do that you can create an account by scrolling down once you click the link. There will be a log-in link and here you can create an account. Use the email that the order was created with and create a password of your choice. After completing this step you will be able to log-in from the homepage of the website.
• If you want to allow for the recipient of a gift to be able to access the account we can easily switch that for you. Please reach out to info@tastersclub.com. At this time our profiles do not allow for this but we are always working on improving the ability for our members to manage their subscription.

• At this time 3, 6, 12 month prepaid membership, bottle shop orders or gift pack orders do not have a profile. If you need to make changes to these orders please erach out to info@tastersclub.com

We understand that you may not be home always for deliveries or work. Here are some options.

If you know for a monthly order you can reach out to support to skip a monthly order or make arrangements if that order has not yet been processed. Or, you can redirect the shipment to an alternative address reaching out to the third-party courier to make arrangements. If you have trouble we can redirect directly with our retail partners but this will require a $24 labor fee.

Since we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, we do not accept liability for costs associated with shipping to temporary locations (hotels, holiday homes, etc.) in case of failed deliveries.

If you order returns due to an incorrect address, declined delivery, did not pick at pick up center in time, or if all delivery attempts fail due to not being at the residence; the package can be reshipped for a $32 reshipping fee to cover the cost of the return package and sending a replacement package to the delivery address. If you do not wish to reship the package there will be a restocking fee of 25% deducted from the order.

Our customer care is quick to assist if something goes wrong due to courier-related issues. Depending on the circumstances we might require your help with resolving the issue.

Yes, we work with most national and regional carriers, all of which require an adult over the age of 21 to sign for the delivery. We recommend shipping to a workplace if you cannot be home during delivery times.

Request to leave the package at a residence cannot be arrangemed with a courier.

If you signed up for any of our 3, 6, or 12 month prepaid memberships the accounts will automatically come to end once the last shipment is fulfilled. The account will not auto-renew. No need to reach out to cancel. We got you taken care of.

The only accounts that are billed regularly are our month to month subscriptions. These accounts are billed the same day every month based on the date they created their first order.
